Used by Text and Preview on the Appointments tab. {appt} fills in the date and time.

Available from Preview on any contact, in both tabs. Use {name}, {when}, {vehicle}, {interest}, {rep}, {store}.

Fills in {rep} and {store} in every prompt, so the messages read as coming from you.

Your lists, notes, and follow-ups live on this phone. When you back up, choose Save to Files → iCloud Drive in the share sheet — that copy survives even if the app or icon is ever removed, and Restore brings everything back from it.
Calls
Which app opens when you tap Call.
The app must be installed on this phone. If a choice does nothing when you tap Call, that app doesn't accept call links on iPhone — pick another, or set up with the link from the app's support page.
Texts
Which app opens when you tap Text.
Messages and WhatsApp open with the text already typed. Office@Hand opens a draft to the number; Dialpad and Zoom Phone open the app — for those three Kestrel copies the message first so you just paste.
Scanning
Scanning runs through your Kestrel account and counts toward your plan. Nothing to set up here.
CRM note
After you log a call outcome, Kestrel writes a one-line note in this shape and copies it so you can paste it straight into eLead. Use {date}, {time}, {name}, {rep}, {outcome}, {vehicle}, {followup}.
Account
Sign in to keep your lists backed up and shared with the desktop version. Same account on every device.
Start over
Removes all contacts, lists, notes, and appointments from this phone. To empty just the VIP or Leads list without losing anyone, use "Reset list" on that list.
